I saw this same exact post about a month ago, and I looked in the search engine and I couldn't find it. So here it is again, and I was wondering if they where out there. I know that the Goko RM-8008 can be crystal synced with its very rare stroboscope but thats in the making. I just wanted to know if there are actually any such thing as a crystal synced projector. I was also wondering:
If you had a:
Crystal synced super 8 camera
Crystal synced recorder
and a crystal synced projector could you take the crystal synced recorder plug it into the crystal synced projector and transfer it to an old sound film and match it up perfectly with the film shot on the crystal synced super 8 camera.
So you could gang sync the film and the old sound film in perfect sync.

Technically speaking you should be right. If everything is crystal then it should all line up even though you have to deal with lining up slates and the such for sync dialouge. The only crystal projector I have heard of was an Elmo GS1200 with seperate crystal controller box to regulate speed. They are rare and I believe this one sold on Ebay for something around $2000. Good luck on getting an affordable one.

With Pedro's synchronizer you can run a projector crystal synched. Elmo GS 1200, Braun Visacustic or modified Bauer or what ever projector.

here is the link for the crystal-sync module for the elmo gs-1200:

but i agree with the previous post, Pedro's p1008 is a better and cheaper option.
It avoids you to pay for a crystal conversion of the camera.
Pedro, if you read this, could you give us details about all the different items you're offering ?
